"Satisfaction at every step. During sales, they were straight forward, no hard sell, and delivered on what they said. The Covid delivery date was on target. The shipping company wheeled it on it’s side to its resting spot. Waiting for my entry level hot tub was the hardest part of this whole process. I did have some difficulties. They were promptly and effortlessly addressed. No blame, no accusatory tone just genuine help. We had an unusual location set up. When the cover was open it obscured the view of the back yard. They gave me additional hardware solving the problem. Worked great! I mentioned my chemical sensitivities to the sales people. The chemical kit that arrived with the tub was easy to use and keep the water balanced but not surprisingly were too harsh/reactive for my skin. No problem, they switched me to their alternative method, a frog ball. My skin is recovering and I am in heaven soaking in the hot tub. All the staff were very professional and wanted me to be happy. I am very happy. I highly recommend Sunset Spas for your hot tub needs."
